Refund Policy

​Payments are non-refundable because they secure production time. Revisions are included to ensure satisfaction.

Due to the nature of creative services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Monthly retainers reserve dedicated production time, planning, and creative development, and therefore are not refundable after the service period begins.

Client satisfaction is supported through the included revision process (one revision per production). Additional revisions may be requested at an additional cost.

Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice. Work scheduled during the notice period remains billable.
